Worried about the postal service getting your gear to us in one piece? If you're in the Midlands or Warwickshire regions or making a trade valued £500 or more, we'll come and pick it up personally!*
How it works!
- Throw us something to oogle at: Send us some photos and/or video along with details concerning the condition of your items. We accept even broken devices, provided the information you share is accurate.
- We'll give you a quote for cash for gaming gear: We'll inform you of what we're prepared to offer, either as a cash sum or store credit
- Time to send your items over: Be sure to send receipts of your postage method, as we'll refund you the cost of postage when we pay you. Alternatively, you can arrange with us to come and collect it ourselves!*
- Profit: Once we receive and check your items, we'll send your cash via bank transfer. Alternatively, if you prefer, we'll forward you your Credit code ready for you to spend on our website.* Our process is simple, especially for those looking to trade in gaming equipment.
* Check our Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page, but here's the gist: Personal pickup is free either in the Midlands area or for exchanges worth over £500. A transportation fee of £15 applies for any pickups outside of this region or under the stated value. Credit codes are only valid for purchases from the Artifact Gaming webstore or for custom orders.
